Our trip for our Anniversary was fantastic. One of the main reasons for that, was the way we were treated at the Westin St. Louis. We had used priceline to reserve a room with a king sized bed in it for the two nights we were going to be in St. Louis.
When we checked in, the guy at the front desk asked us if we wanted the key to the mini-bar and Mike said "Only if we get it free 'cause it's our anniversary."
"It's your anniversary? How many years?"
"10 years!"
The man went back to his paperwork, crossing out the room number he had written down on the key card and writing a different room number.
"Is today your anniversary?"
"No, tomorrow is."
"Well, Happy Anniversary and welcome to the Westin! Enjoy St. Louis!"
We went up to the room and were blown away.
On top of this room, on our actual Anniversary, they delivered chocolate covered strawberries, chocolates and champagne to our room!
