On Thursday, while out and about, my mom and I stopped into the Oak Park Conservatory. In one of the areas, there's a little koi pond that has 4 resident turtles. We were just in time to catch this little drama.
It's funny, but bittersweet. I certainly know what it feels like to strive to achieve something only to fall back into the pond. We didn't have time to stick around, so I don't know if the little guy finally made it up onto that rock with his friends.
