Outside and above our backdoor is an awning which this Robin refuses to give up "ownership" of. Every day we pull down a nest. Every night the Robin rebuilds it.
One day we came back from Home Depot after pulling down yet another nest to find unfortunate casualties of the battle. 
The next day, there was new nest... and Mike tore it down. As we got in the car to return to the apartment, Mr. Robin returned to the awning and started re-building right in front of us! And we hadn't even left yet! Any suggestions?
