Washing Windows

While Mike has been crawling around in the attic, I've spent hours washing the windows on the front and back doors. Whoever had painted the doors had gotten small stripes of varnish on the windows that needed to be scraped off with a razor blade, and I ended up with HUGE piles of yellow-stained papertowels from 50 years worth of nicotine buildup on those windows. The windows looked like they hadn't been washed in years!


This is the backdoor (and stairs leading to basement). Isn't the green faux marble plastic wall tile simply delightful? (yuck)
